Carrageenan & Corn Starch Shell
This softgel shell combines carrageenan derived from red algae with corn starch to form a soft, transparent coating. The resulting shell offers a smooth texture and clear appearance, supporting applications where product visibility and presentation are important. The use of plant-based materials provides an alternative to traditional gelatin shells and is suitable for a range of formulation needs, including products positioned for vegan or plant-based markets.
EnteriClear® Enteric Vegan Shell
The EnteriClear® shell is a plant-based enteric softgel shell made with gellan gum. Developed using a clean-label, one-step technology, it does not require an additional coating step. The shell is designed to support delayed release applications and can help protect sensitive ingredients during gastric transit. EnteriClear® provides a vegan, plant-based alternative for formulations where enteric performance and simplified processing are required.
Chewable Shell
